Built with tough and welded aluminium, the 35mm-wide rim on the Hope Fortus 35 model gives a balanced and reliable roll as you tackle a variety of off-road terrains. Spinning on a Pro 4 hub, a friction-free performance is achieved, no matter how rough your run becomes.
The hard-wearing hub comes complete with a four-pawl, ratchet system freehub, offering super-fast engagement for taking on intense climbs and speedy sprints. Disc brake optimisation and a tubeless-ready rim ensure the Hope Fortus 35 rear mountain bike (MTB) wheel meets and exceeds the demands of today’s aggressive off-road riders.
Please Note:Â The options that mention “Steel” (for example:Â “29” 148mm Steel”) have a steel Shimano type freehub for 9-11 speed MTB cassettes. They are not compatible with SRAM XD cassettes or Shimano MSpline 12-speed.
Please Also Note: For the options that do not mention “Boost” the hub width/size is 12x142mm. For the options that do mention “Boost”, the hub width/size is 12x148mm.
