Featuring a special AC3 treated, 3K carbon braking surface, both rims on the Fulcrum Wind 40c Clincher Road Wheelset ensure a powerful stopping performance, giving consummate control as you ride at thrillingly high speeds. Spinning on a pair of aluminium hubs, the wheels also benefit from smooth spinning sealed cartridge bearings and strong straightpull spokes for a stiff and strong structure, however hard you ride.
